thank you for the screenshots, I see.
Your new unit is a VBasic Receiver (EUR 100.00 excl. VAT, no gyros enabled yet), while your old unit was a full VBar NEO VLink (EUR 208.40 excl. VAT, flybarless system).
For VBasic, the Pro+Rescue update would cost 191.59 excl. VAT, while the Pro+Rescue-License for your old VBar NEO VLink was EUR 83.19.
So obviously the license from the old one will not work on the new one :-/ since it's a 'smaller' update than required.
You can either use it on a VBar NEO VLink Express, or you would have to pay the differential amount of EUR 108.40.

In fact, it's still cheaper for you that way, since import fees and taxes probably only apply on hardware, not on software purchased online, in Russia.
I think if I lived where you live, I'd always buy the hardware cheapest, then buy updates, than buying the more expensive hardware (plus fees and taxes), and the less expensive update.
