По идее делать не по общей напруге, а по самой слабой банке, дабы продлить им жизнь, а там поди разбери этих кетайцев, мож и баллансир втроили

А что там за дата в низу стоит: 2006/07/17 ?    Видать, не очень удачно встроили? 
Не очень понимаю смысл. Нафига в регуле балансир? Следить за отсечкой побаночно - не более того.
Шунтировать то под нагрузкой банки нельзя (бред полный  ).
Но, если батарея "кривая", то это же её не "вылечит". Всё равно сдохнет. Только полётное время сократится.
