Welcome to the Futaba Acronym Soup! Here are some answers that were given before:

FHSS and FASST are both Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) but no compatibility
FASST =Futaba Advanced Spectrum Spread Technology

FASST has a slight advantage to S-FHSS in some very specific RF environments but in the regular outdoor RC use they are equally good. The four RF protocols are not compatible with each other.
2. The RF modulation is set up per model so when you switch between models the transmitter also changes the RF modulation to the setting for that model, so no, you don't have to manually switch RF modes when switching between models.
3. FASST is not telemetry capable. FASSTest and T-FHSS are.
4. FASSTest and T-FHSS receivers are the telemetry receivers and they both do voltage telemetry as all other telemetry parameters available from Futaba and 3-rd party S.BUS2 telemetry sensors.
